A complete operating application. The hierarchy is navigable from site down to a single device and state propagates to the root: a fault in nitrification is visible from the top-level node without opening anything. The alarm bar stays at the bottom, with counts by priority and the current event readable from across the room.

Process mimics
Process screens carry P&ID symbols: shape says the device type, colour says its state, the animated line says where something is flowing. Every device opens its own faceplate with commands, interlocks and the reason it is held. Plant areas are navigable cards showing how many devices are running.

ISA-18.2 alarm management
Alarm priority is carried by colour, shape and text together, never by colour alone. The life cycle is complete: active unacknowledged, active acknowledged, cleared unacknowledged, shelved, suppressed. The system measures operator load per EEMUA 191 and flags when a burst exceeds ten alarms in ten minutes, the threshold beyond which nobody can keep up.

Trends, archive and reporting
Years of history navigable while keeping the peaks through zoom, with alarm limits drawn on the chart and measurement cursors to read a value at a precise instant. The same series feed shift and production reports, exportable in the formats already used in the business.

The system talks to the equipment you have, new or old: the PLC installed last month and the panel from the nineties sit on the same screen, because field protocols are covered natively and, where they are not enough, we build the connection ourselves. The data does not stay locked inside: it is read through REST APIs, secure WebSocket and MQTT, so ERP, MES and laboratory integrate with no manual exports and nobody in between. We handle the field too, from device selection to installation, and deliver a turnkey system. Then we keep it alive: continuous support, updates and version migrations over the years, with the platform growing alongside the plant and reaching into automation when needed.
