What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, company name, email address, optional phone number and the content of your message. If you consent to visit statistics we collect, in non-identifying form, pages viewed, visit duration, referrer and generic device information. IP addresses are not stored in clear.

Why we process it, and on what basis

Contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry and for any commercial contact that follows, on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual measures you requested. Visit statistics are processed on the basis of consent, which you may withhold or withdraw at any time with no effect on your use of the site.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the period required by civil and tax obligations. Statistical data is kept in aggregate form for at most twenty-four months.

Who it is shared with

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. The site is hosted on our own server within the European Union and uses no third-party services for its content: typefaces are self-hosted and no calls are made to external services. Visit statistics run on our own servers.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You may also withdraw consent. Requests go to info@interial.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
