From reading the design documents to the FAT, on-site commissioning and acceptance, and on through the years of support that follow. Every delivery includes the software, the documentation and the path to keep it current.

02 Products

Two products, one technical foundation.

Every delivery starts from a base that is already proven: plant structure, alarm management, historian, reporting, documentation. The project adds the customer’s process on top of foundations that already exist.

SCADA Suite

Plant supervision, from the field to the report.

A navigable plant hierarchy where state propagates up to the root, process mimics with ISA-5.1 symbols, ISA-18.2 alarm management with EEMUA 191 flood detection, trends with limits and cursors, archive, maintenance and reporting. Light and dark themes, desktop and web.

Energy Suite

Energy consumption treated as a process variable.

Measures, historises and compares the consumption of a plant or a fleet: specific consumption per unit produced, breakdown by area and by shift, comparison against expected values, and the reporting an energy audit and a management system need.

The people writing the code are certified.

The partner qualification is about the company; this one is about the people. Our developers have followed the platform’s official training path to its last level, the one that opens the API Toolkit: from there on, drivers and managers are not only configured, they are written.

  1. Certified WinCC OA Basic Training

    The entry course, a prerequisite for the other two: datapoint model, panels, CTRL scripting, field drivers, alarms and archiving. It is the ground a WinCC OA project is built on.

  2. Certified WinCC OA Engineer Workshop

    The platform’s internal mechanics: diagnosis, performance tuning, communication between managers, and what to do and not do in CTRL. This is the level at which you understand why a large system slows down.

  3. Certified WinCC OA Developer Workshop

    The API Toolkit: drivers, managers and CTRL extensions written in C++. It is the certification that allows the platform to be extended when what the project needs is not already there, instead of working around it.

05 Technology

Built on technology that ages well.

A supervisory system stays in service for fifteen or twenty years. We choose platforms and protocols that stay supported, documented and upgradable over that span: Siemens WinCC OA is the base of our main deliveries, from 3.17 to 3.21, including migrations between successive versions on running plants.On top of that base we have built a library of our own over the years, which we use to shorten the work where it pays: it is an accelerator, not a requirement, and what we hand over stays a standard WinCC OA project.
